Zagreb Leisure Tour je odabir za one koji žele vidjeti još više! Osim Zelene potkove i Gornjeg grada, posjetit ćemo i najznačajnije hrvatsko groblje Mirogoj - remek djelo neorenesansne arhitekture s početka prošlog stoljeća, „Panteon“ hrvatske povijesti, umjetnosti i kulture.
Do Mirogoja dolazimo cestom kojom se do 1910. godine išlo pješice, a do 1967. tramvajem broj 13, linijom koja je nakon velike nesreće 1954. ukinuta pa ponovo puštena u promet 1964.
Prošetat ćemo neorenesansnim mirogojskim arkadama, njegovim najvidljivijim obilježjem.
U kratkoj šetnji obići ćemo dio arkada, grob prvog hrvatskog predsjednika dr. Franje Tuđmana i spomenik poginulima u Domovinskom ratu. Potom slijedi povratak prema centru grada i odlazak na Gornji grad.

Jeste li znali da su mirogojske arkade dugačke 500 metara, imaju 20 kupola od kojih, zahvaljujući njemačkom graditelju Hermanu Bolleu, niti jedna nije oštećena u velikom potresu 1880.? Jedno je od najljepših europskih groblja i umjetnička galerija na otvorenom s radovima naših značajnih umjetnika poput Roberta-Frangeša Mihanovića, Rudolfa Valdeca, Ivana Meštrovića, Antuna Augustinčića, Vanje Radauša i mnogih drugih.

Our guide, Bruno, will be a treasured memory of our holiday. He was so passionate and keen to share the history and culture of his beloved Croatia. He brought Zagreb alive for us, adding a personal touch that a guidebook can't come close to. We will never forget him or the fun we had flying through the streets of Zagreb on a segway.

Awesome experience

This was brilliant. We had never Segwayed before and the initial instruction and safety checks from Bruno were excellent. Zagreb is certainly a great city to Segway in because of how it is laid out and the ease of getting around without huge crowds of people. Bruno was more than just a tour guide - he was very engaging, an excellent communicator and his stories gave us a lot of insight into Zagreb and what a wonderful country Croatia is. Although it costs a little more than a walking or cycling tour we felt it represented very good value because of the overall experience and the amount we got to see as well as the chestnuts and chocolates we were treated to along the way!

Best thing we did in Zagreb

We were 2 couples traveling together, one couple had never done Segways before. Our tour was fabulous! Everyone had lots of fun and Bruno was awesome! We saw so much of the city and Bruno knew a lot of history and shared interesting local insights. We would totally recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the city in a whole new way. It's one of the best things we did on our trip to Croatia.

Fun and informative - the best way to see Zagreb.

Definitely THE BEST way to see downtown Zagreb. Bruno, the tour leader, was excellent. Funny, welcoming and extremely informative on the city and its history - recent and older. We'd used Segways before but the safety briefing was good and Bruno kept making sure we were comfortable riding, and always looked out for us in the streets. The tour follows a very easy route around the city, covering the Upper and Lower towns. You cover all of the best sites, but it's also fun (more tiring than you think for too). Would highly recommend for anybody travelling to Zagreb.

BEST WAY TO EXPERIENCE ZAGREB

Great tour, a very nice way to experience Zagreb. Bruno was amazing, very careful with my 12 year son, who at first was afraid of the segway, and ended up enjoying the ride more than anyone. He also gave me some great recommendations for a very nice restaurant on my way to Plitvice lakes that same day.

AMAZING TOUR & GUIDE

Wow, easily the best way to see and learn about Zagreb. We did the tour in 35 degree heat, and every person looked at us with jealous eyes. Using a Segway is so much fun, really easy and we had the best guide in Bruno, he even treated us to some local chocolates. We would do it again for sure!!

The tour was very interesting in terms of content, good explanations of the places and the history, not too much not too little and Bruno is a very nice and extremely eager guide. Segway riding is fun anyway! We had a great time!

FUN AND INFORMATIVE!

My mom and I did this segway tour while we were in Zagreb. We covered a lot of ground in a quick and fun way and learned a lot. I had never ridden a segway before, and I didn't know what to expect, but our guide was a great teacher and it was a blast. Highly recommend.

FABULOUS

We are a family of 5. Arrived in Zagreb for just one night in aboout 34degrees. Did not feel like walking in the heat, however wanted to see the city. We booked the Segway tour on the day of our arrival for the same day.

A GREAT WAY TO SEE ZAGREB

I know Zagreb quite well as I have worked there for a while. I decided to take the tour as I wanted to get some background information to the amazing sights and to ride a sagway again. The tour was excellent fun and informative. Highly recommended. Well worth it and great fun
