Lovely interior filled with subtle colours and distinctive lightning with unique view of popular “Tkalča” street. Belizar Miloš, the main chef, and Darko Lugarić, sommelier, friends and business partners, opened Agava in 2005 and placed it among Trip Advisor’s Top 3 restaurants in the Croatian capital. You will love its summer terrace! Beli and Darko like to say: “…we thought of a peaceful, somewhat hidden place in the heart of Zagreb centre. We want to give it a soul, to become a true charm of our city…”
What do we like best?
Sitting around the rounded table by the window during the winter, table for two below the main terrace in the summer, waiters Predrag and Zdravko, foccacia from Croatian island Hvar and the Hvar plums/figs in the red wine.
