Zagreb All Around Tour will introduce you to more than 20 important historic sites and sights. Our ride begins after the short Segway presentation and training.
We will start at the King Tomislav Square – the first Croatian king from 10th century – and continue along the Green Horseshoe, the stretch of 7 green oasis of Zagreb Downtown. Improving of your Segway riding skills will be followed by the recent stories and ancient legends of Zagreb.
Zrinjevac, Kaptol, Jelačić Square, the Stone gate, St. Mark’s Square and the Croatian National Theatre are part of our itinerary, but there is always an extra minute for a detour if some detail just caught your attention…
We are sure you already know that Croatia is a homeland of kravata (the necktie) - originally a scarf given to a Croatian soldier by his fiancée before leaving home for duty. But, did you know that "kravata" dates back in 17th century, when it changed a course of man's fashion forever by being embraced by the French. Since then it symbolically represents man's dignity, honour, honesty and responsibility!
Did you also know that Mr. Slavoljub Penkala made the world’s first mechanical pen, hot water bottle and detergent, here in Zagreb? Our capital has many surprises for all walks of life and they are yours to discover.
Great tour, a very nice way to experience Zagreb. Bruno was amazing, very careful with my 12 year son, who at first was afraid of the segway, and ended up enjoying the ride more than anyone. He also gave me some great recommendations for a very nice restaurant on my way to Plitvice lakes that same day.
Definitely THE BEST way to see downtown Zagreb. Bruno, the tour leader, was excellent. Funny, welcoming and extremely informative on the city and its history – recent and older. We’d used Segways before but the safety briefing was good and Bruno kept making sure we were comfortable riding, and always looked out for us in the streets. The tour follows a very easy route around the city, covering the Upper and Lower towns. You cover all of the best sites, but it’s also fun (more tiring than you think for too). Would highly recommend for anybody travelling to Zagreb.
We were 2 couples traveling together, one couple had never done Segways before. Our tour was fabulous! Everyone had lots of fun and Bruno was awesome! We saw so much of the city and Bruno knew a lot of history and shared interesting local insights. We would totally recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the city in a whole new way. It’s one of the best things we did on our trip to Croatia.
This was brilliant. We had never Segwayed before and the initial instruction and safety checks from Bruno were excellent. Zagreb is certainly a great city to Segway in because of how it is laid out and the ease of getting around without huge crowds of people. Bruno was more than just a tour guide – he was very engaging, an excellent communicator and his stories gave us a lot of insight into Zagreb and what a wonderful country Croatia is. Although it costs a little more than a walking or cycling tour we felt it represented very good value because of the overall experience and the amount we got to see as well as the chestnuts and chocolates we were treated to along the way!
Our guide, Bruno, will be a treasured memory of our holiday. He was so passionate and keen to share the history and culture of his beloved Croatia. He brought Zagreb alive for us, adding a personal touch that a guidebook can’t come close to. We will never forget him or the fun we had flying through the streets of Zagreb on a segway.
I know Zagreb quite well as I have worked there for a while. I decided to take the tour as I wanted to get some background information to the amazing sights and to ride a sagway again. The tour was excellent fun and informative. Highly recommended. Well worth it and great fun
This was such a great tour! You will really learn a lot about the city and cover much more than you could in a walking tour. Our guide was superb and scheduling is so easy! We were provided photos of our trip- an added bonus.
We are a family of 5. Arrived in Zagreb for just one night in aboout 34degrees. Did not feel like walking in the heat, however wanted to see the city. We booked the Segway tour on the day of our arrival for the same day.
Tons of fun to learn about Zagreb on a Segway. Guide was very well read on Croatian history and little treats along the way added a personal touch.
My mom and I did this segway tour while we were in Zagreb. We covered a lot of ground in a quick and fun way and learned a lot. I had never ridden a segway before, and I didn’t know what to expect, but our guide was a great teacher and it was a blast. Highly recommend.

The tour was very interesting in terms of content, good explanations of the places and the history, not too much not too little and Bruno is a very nice and extremely eager guide. Segway riding is fun anyway! We had a great time!
Wow, easily the best way to see and learn about Zagreb. We did the tour in 35 degree heat, and every person looked at us with jealous eyes. Using a Segway is so much fun, really easy and we had the best guide in Bruno, he even treated us to some local chocolates. We would do it again for sure!!
